I pulled it out this morning while the turkey was cookin and found this...
Is this normal wear and tear for a Lock-Right?? Seemed a bit excessive to me. The diff pin was just polished...those arent really scratches and are BARELY measurable for wear even with a pair of calipers. I did find 2 of the pins from the locker that were a little worn....the ends were a little battered, but all the springs were there and didnt find anything else that looked questionable. The teeth on the gears looked good...no real signs of wear except for the circled area in question. Both of the sides looked like this. Is the locker trashed...or will a new set of springs/pins maybe fix it? Any idea what would cause such wear?
