Parts Train Needed to Fort Collins

Got a Teraflex 2" lift that needs to go to a member in Fort Collins from Castle Rock.

If one of you guys could help me out I'd appreciate it.

This is for me - I work in Promontory (west of Greeley), I can meet up anywhere north of Berthoud most evenings.
