twodoorXJ, that is somewhat disappointing about IRO's response. Were any of these people Jason (owner) or Darrick (Jason's brother)? From what I hear they are highly responsive to customer issues. Maybe you should give them a call and try to get some answers on behalf of the XJ community running their product. Especially with all the people questioning this design.

Glad to see you got it fixed. I had a banging noise on my XJ whenever I was on it in 4wd and sometime in 2wd. turned out to be driver side motor mount completely shot. 1/2" bolt flopping around inside a 2" hole. I changed the trans mount first thinking that could be it but it ended up being motor mount.
