OK so u think these are bad ujoints

I've put 20,000 mles on a stock shaft a few years ago with a YJ slip yoke, a 1/2" t-case drop, the longer 8.25 pinion yoke and the rear axle located 3/4 of an inch forward(tires stuff better that way) with 5" of lift. Vibs were not an issue once the angles were adjusted properly. The joints run at a constant 12 degrees of operating angle and are still good. It can work if it's done right. When at full droop I have slightly less then 1/2 of the yoke showing and when fully bottomed out I have 1/4" of yoke inward travel left. I have went on a few 500-800 mile trips running 70+ mph with no issues also. It has 5" of droop and 6" of compression travel.

A SYE is a better set-up, but this one worked fine for me.
