New tranny mount Anchor -- Look OK?

Does this look right.

I haven't installed a new one myself to know if it's supposed to be sloped or not.

Looks like a cheap NAPA mount. It'll work ok but sag not very long after putting it on. Then it starts smacking the crossmember over bumps.

I'd go with the OEM replacement from Rockauto.
