Need Old License Plates

As the title says i need about 12 not current car license plates for a welding project. where is a good place to find some? i will pay if anyone has any.

ebay? junk yard? I have seen some at the yard. usually in the car. I think they take them off.

Swap meets that meet during the week are your best bet.
Vineland and Chino are closest to you. IIRC Thursday is the big "junk" day at Vineland.
Weekends are the commercial time when the junk dealers can't afford to sell.
