Lift kits,BB or spring?

My question is to anyone that has add disk type BB kits and then install spring kits after.What are the pros & cons.What I am looking at is just a 3" lift.The Xj will only be used in mud now and then flat ground,field roads,not hard core rock climbing.Thanks

Personally, I am going with rusty's 3" HD springs ($99)
Bastard Pack (case of bear)
shocks (not sure yet)
GET A TRACK BAR - if you go higher you will need it anyway!
