Well took a buddy down to the you pull and pay here, and we came across a really clean interior on an 89 XJ, and since my friend owed me, he took I upon himself to pull the gauge cluster trim ring, the heater controls, and by them both for me. I argued for a while, but he needed a ton of stuff for his car he needed, so I let it go. Hope to get it back together tomorrow morning, and at least make it look like it just needs a stereo. Glad to finally mOve forward, even if it's only a little. If I can't find some used steel wheels by next payday, I'll probably sack up and buy a set new. Worth it either way
