I have a 2000 Sport and I have replaced the original manual seats with power/heated seats.
Since I have been unable to find the original wiring, I made my own for the power seats since there were no wiring in the car from the factory. My own wiring has worked fine, but the heat function was of course not working.
So I got the original wiring last week and I tried to install it. I connected it (YG) wire to ignition and (R) wire to C6 in junction box for power feed. Both give the 12v after testing.
But the power seats switches won't respond, and the heater buttons don't respond. However, they illuminate. I have tried to replace the relay under passenger seat, but that did not resolve the problem.
Where do I go from here?
