Horn problems

After I put on a new bumper, the horn on the passenger side doesn't work anymore. I checked the fuses in the block inside and they looked fine. I switched the driver side horn over to see if it's wiring or not and still didn't get anything. Is their something else I can check like a relay?

check ur grounds. make sure it is not being covered or blocked and has a good metal to metal so it will ground correctly. this happened to me and it was the ground.

I'd second that. The horns on at least the older model XJ's have a wire to the horn, and then ground to the body. I'd try purposely grounding at a different point you know you get good contact to try to rule out the wiring.
