garage recomendations in Virginia?

Well I just bought an ARB locker and air compressor off of a friend of mine, and realized that I dont have the time or experience to do such an install by myself (college student).
So does anybody have a recomendation on where to go to have differential work done (I can most likely do the compressor, I just dont want to mess with gearing). I live in Northern Virginia. I called 4x4 connection in Winchester, VA and the guy said they dont do that type of stuff anymore.
