These are some of the things we took out of my wife's aunt's condo that I need to sell and get funds to the relatives.

Lift assist leather recliner. Unknown brand (if it's important, I could check the frame underneath it) 2 years old and in perfect condition. I tested it before moving it out. These sell for over $700. $450

Oak table and chairs. 34" round top, 29" tall. I believe these to be American Furniture Warehouse, 5+ years old. Likely $200-$250 new, asking $120

Pie safe style cabinet. Bird house theme. 501/2" tall, 21" wide, 101/2" deep. Looks antique but likely not. $45. I'll throw in the two small pieces with it or sell the pair for $10 separately.

Box full of old 45 records. Varying condition, not many sleeves. 50's and 60's artists: Elvis, Fats Dominoe, Frank Sinatra, The Platters, Chuck Berry, The Animals, and several orchestra/big bands. $45 for all of it.

Glenn Miller collector album. Complete, and records in good condition - likely never played. $10

Boston Red Sox commorative wall art. Ted Williams and Carl Yastrzemski featured, challenge coin and Fenway Park "Green Monster" wall photo. Limited edition of 1000...... if it's numbered, the number is covered by the frame or backing. I'll include 3 ball caps, collector mug, coin and tree ornament. I found these at Sports Authority and WalMart on-line for $169. Sell for $80.

If anyone can use this computer or knows of someone who'd want it, lemme know. No brand name, probably put together by a shop. Windows XP O.S. Complete as shown, Bose speakers, ergo keyboard, Lexmark printer. I'd let it all go for $45. Or sell parts of it......... :dunno:

Antique doll. No markings other than a "170" on the back of the head, likely her childhood toy so probably 1950's era. Near as I can tell from some internet searching, it may be a 1953 LuAnn Simms by Horsman Doll Co. $40?

I can paypal you the dough tomorrow if you need it before Friday.

Yeah.... maybe thatd be a good idea...... :gag:

Yep, the computer is good to go. I just erased what limited personal files and programs she had on it, but left the O.S. alone and several other programs/features in place. It'd benefit from some good virus software and a complete scan before using it just to be sure as I know she lost all of her e-mails from a Trojan, then quit using the computer.

Wednesday afternoon, Thurs/Fri/Sat are all good days.

Someone from CO4x4 was supposed to come get it this past weekend but was a no show/no call so you got it if you want it.
