Front driveshaft vibes

I called Tom Woods, and there's no real answer.

I just pulled the cap off again, and I found a piece of a steel ball wedged in the needle bearings. It's more debris from the zerk.

Toss in a new ujoint and install the shaft.

I have a smooth spare I'll throw in.

Tested it. It's as bad as ever.

So it almost has to be the Tcase output bearing or the ujoints at the upper end of the shaft...right? What are we missing?

I agree Josh. It must be the output bearings.

When I get get back from Deer Valley, the tcase is getting rebuilt.
