But if you want to remove the torx bolts. Try any auto parts store that sells tools. Just remember to get tools with a lifetime waranty. It would be a good idea to pick up a set of torx anyway. Even if you decide to go the frame mounts removle method
T47 under the bumper on my 96. You can normally get them off with a pair of Vise-Grips though...and then toss the Torx bolts in favor of real bolts. The bumper itself comes off with the three (15mm?) bolts on either side of the bracket though.
