'73 to '93. However for the best brake and bearing setup anything from '80 to '93 would be best(pre 1980 uses a unit bearing and a 4.5" on 5 bolt pattern). '84 and up uses hub blanks but these are easily removed and regualr D44 locking hubs can be installed.

I'm running a set from a 1985 3/4ton(I'm running an 8 bolt pattern) but have set in the garage from an '86 Ramcharger(5 bolt). The locking hubs I'm using are from a Ford as thats what was at the wrecker that day.
