I'd say if you have a friend that can do it, abd the coil buckets are only .5" wider, then go for it. No need to retube with thicker dom as that would defeat the purpose of a easy swap and cost of parts as you would need to buy/make mounts. Just make truss for it
 
Wj cv shafts don't hold up to 35's, swapped them out at least twice a year. Aftermarket wj shafts are limited in availability and super spendy compared to xj, tj, yj, jk variants. I'd go hp 44 or 60 before spending that kind of time/money/work to build a hybrid 30.
