Chuck Box Plans

I am planning on heading up to El Capitan in Santa Barbara, CA. I need a chuck box to keep all the gear in place.
I have checked out designs at blue sky kitchen. He seems to have some pretty straight forward designs.
Does anyone have some plans to build one? Better yet does anyone have one already, and have some suggestions of things they would have done differently? PWEF blog has a few tips but always happy to get feedback from the fine folks of .
