Chrysler 8.25 with 3.55 gears

I have a 2001 XJ Chrysler 8.25 with 3.55 gears in excellent condition, I am needing a TJ D35 with 3.55, or 4.56 gears with the brackets in place. I will trade straight across! let me know if you are interested.
