97 4.0 180000. The last couple of days when i fire it up It sounds like there are rocks in the muffler figure its the cat.
My question is i dont have any coin at the moment and i know its not allowed but if i hollow out the cat for now till i get some extra cash i am sure it will set off the C/E light is there anyway to fool the rear O2 sensor. Has any one done this on a 97 or newer Xj?
