Can't get LCA back on...

I use a floor jack with a big pipe wrench around the axle tube.

This... It works so nice. You can even do it the wheels on the ground.

Use at least an 18" pipe wrench, and clamp it on to the axle tube as close as you can to the CA mount. Once the pipe wrench is snug, place the end of the pipe wrench handle on the pad of the floor jack and pump away. You can precisely line up the holes and drop the bolt right in, no problem...
