Just trying to clarify something before I spent too much money. If I swap out my d35 w/abs on my '91 for an Explorer 8.8 will my brakes still function? I know the abs pos won't work anymore (oh darn, a reason to replace the abs system !!). But the brakes will still operate as a standard brake system, right? Also, if I get a non disc (pre - 95) Explorer axle will the stock e-brake cable work with the 8.8 drums? Thanks for any advise/info.
