Axle shaft questions....

I busted my axle trying to get out of a v-notch on my d30. So i'm needing the inner and outer long shafts. Will the shafts out of a 97 TJ work for mine? Will I need to change out the seals\bearings?

Bearings, I don't think so.

If this is in your XJ, you probably have a disconnect axle. You'd have to add a seal to use the non-disconnect style axles (like all TJs.) If it's a non-disconnect axle, then you're in good shape here.

The driver's side seal will be fine.

If it is the short side axle you should be fine. If it is the long side and you have an 88 as your sig line says, it won't work due to your axle being a disconnect axle and the TJ being non-disco.
