There really isn't much info in there that isn't covered in other books.

Yeah, just wanted it for the novelty and convenience of flipping through it versus reading the PDF version.

I'm not paying $60+ for the 3rd edition though.

There is a lot of good info in that book, but I don't know if he would get that much out of the stroker chapter. I would think he is a bit more advanced than the crowd that the book is geared toward.

Its the little things, like the comparison of lifters disassembled and such that I think he would find interesting.

Not ground breaking information, just lots of details that took a lot of time to compile.

Not to mention one of his engines is in that book.
