Anyone from RI good w/ diagnostics?

Have a tapping/knock/whatever that worst case would be a bad bearing. I'm wondering if someone with more experience than me might be able to take a look/listen and let me know their thoughts. I posted over in OEM tech about the issue.

Might be looking for someone to do work locally or to buy a well running but knocking XJ...

Check the torque converter bolts. They like to come loose and sound like a lower end knock

Isn't that just on idle though? This is specifically while cold, between 1-2k. At idle it's just the normal 200k 4.0 sounds. I do have to get a better ear on where it's coming from though
