Update, I found the problem... Although i'm still not entirely sure what it goes to, I had an open ground wire. Barely hanging on. Anyways, cut, solder, shrink tubed it. She's good to go now. Still having issues with the MAP though. Keeps stalling on me at WOT. I'll figure that out next though. Thanks for the help everyone.

Could be power to the fuel pump at WOT--it is provided through the o2 heater relay.

Why would it work until WOT though?

The fuel pump receives power through a number of different ways.

During cranking power comes from the starter relay.

During normal operation--idle up to just short of WOT--through the fuel pump relay.

WOT--power is supplied from the o2 heater relay. If you are crapping out at WOT then the o2 heater relay becomes a suspect.

And yes Cruiser. Mv At ECM sensor ground.

Should be on the Ohms scale.
