The TCase drop isn't helping any, and it is adding more stress to your motor mounts. The angle of your driveshaft at 4.5" isn't helping either. The problem is that long output shaft hanging out there with the downward stress on the end of it. Like I mentioned in the earlier post, even if the angles and stressors are the same with a SYE as without, the shorter shaft with the SYE will be stronger.
The trim is Proteckto-Trim 5/8" black band molding. We get it from a local supplier, but your might do a search for Protekto-Trim or Cowles Products, and try to order from them. It comes in 30' kits, and runs about $25-35 depending where you get it. It takes us about 24' for all four fenders. It is great stuff, easy to work with, doesn't fade, and has 3M adhesive that sticks forever.
I run 5" of lift and 35" with bushwackers, the key to the rub is the wheel backspacing. I run MT with 4.5 BS so the bump stops are the inner fender, no harm done there and fool proof............
