The kit doesn't stack the batteries. It allows you to put a second battery in place of the stock air box, and re-routes the intake to a cone filter off to the side.corbinafly said:

OEM Diesel XJ battery tray part number: 23034232
Near direct bolt in on the drivers side. It does need a little trimming to clear the PS pump. Doesn't come with bolts, but the holes in the tray line right up with the holes in the sheel metal. A 6x6 cone filter instead of the factory airbox gives plenty of room. I had Rustys air tube and it worked fine.
