2008 Lance 1131 Camper for sale. I purchased this camper new in April 2009.
Side entry model, nice for towing trailers.
Sleeps 6
Queen bed above cab
Diining table makes int bed
Rear of camper folds out into a queen bed.
Dinette slide out, makes for plenty of floor space inside.
2500 Watt Onan generator with 31 hours run time.
3 way fridge/freezer 12 volt, 120 volt, propane. I take ice cream camping. Fridge/freezer work very well.
Microwave
3 burner propane stove
Oven
Dry bath with toilet and shower. Medicine cabinet and storage under sink.
6 gallon water heater
35 gallon fresh water tank plus 6 gals in the water heater.
35 gal Grey water tank
35 black water tank
I spent a week in this with the family and didn't run out of water or storage
Flat screen TV, DVD, CD, AM/FM radio
Lots of storage insdie and out
2 20lb propane tanks
Heater and air conditioner
11 foot awning on the entry side.
Camper is 4481 pounds with a full water/propane tanks. Recommended for dual rear wheel trucks.
Electric jacks. I can load/unload this in 15 minutes.
Everything works and is in excellent condition except for the skylight above the master bed. Wind caught it and broke it. I need to order the parts or I will take $500 of the price as is.
I will include the 6 gun tie downs, all the dishes/appliances that stay with the camper. Anything needed on the truck side will be your responsibility.
Asking $27,000 OBO, Make offers! It's way more camper than I need now or I would keep it.
Delivery possible for fuel costs.
