    Heat soak misfires but getting much worse.

    Could also be an injector leaking after shutdown. That won't throw a code. My starting problem was solved by replacing the injectors.

    Advice-Front end lower after coil/leaf replacement

    There is your problem. Stock is supposed to be 17.5" in the front. Looking at the pic of the crumbled bumpstops, the gap between an un-crumbled bumpstop and the spring base looks awfully small.
