I've gone through 2 brand new speedo gears in the past 6 months. The first one lasted for about 3 years and then the last two about 3 months each. Certainly I must be doing something wrong? They are aftermarket speedo gears (39 tooth) and just get destroyed somehow by the output shaft. I push...

I ran 3" lift with stock track bar for 2 years with no issues. You can get away with it for sure at 2". If it bothers you that much though, go for an adjustable one with a double sheer end like Iron Rock Offroad. Or just drill another hole in your stock bar to account for the offset.

Nice! I have a similar setup with my JKS Discos. I haven't had good luck with the bungees though. I've lost 3 or 4 on the trail because of the open ends. I've had better luck with closed style hasps so they don't come off.

I had the same problem with the fittings and my 99 xj. I just bypassed the radiator all together out of frustration.
