Have you checked the firing order on the plug wires? Maybe you have cylinder 3 & 4 mixed up causing the whole problem. Since after the tune up is when it all started thats the very first thing id check.

He put a lein on the property with the vehicle on it. Basically he now has the rights to the cherokee, but he doesnt have a title unless he lein saled ut to himself and titled it in his name. Doubtful..
But he should have about 3 or 4 dmv paperwork for you to fill out showing he leinsaled the...
People really dog on uti. Its a great school and gave me the idea and principles of working at a shop. But hands on is where your going to get to know.

Ugh. 65 is the first production year of the mustang. The 65 where made in 64. Just like a 2011 ford is made in 2010.
Otherwise i have a 1996-3/4 ford e350 & a 1987-1/3 cherokee.

A shock isnt designed to fail, but they all fail,fatigue or whatever, sooner or later. Either replace or rebuild. But the 5100 is inexpensive enuff to replace than to rebuild. I would think parts and labor to rebuild a 5100 if it where rebuildable, would cost more than the new shock.

Think of it as a business stand point. How would they sell more shocks if there user rebuildable? They wont cuz youll rebuild it years later when the shock goes bad.
They sell more now because you have to replace them and not rebuild them. But honestly the 5125 on my van are what, $100 total...
Are you sure the grounding issue is fixed? If it ran fine b4 the grounding was fixed, and now runs like crap, maybe it wasnt full repaired. That why its half working. Well 1/4 working.

Weve used time-sert on vehicles. I feel there better than a helicoil since your actually drilling and tapping the knuckle one size over and instering the time-sert that is sized for your caliper bolt.
The helicoils ive seen look to be just a coil that works as threads? I dunno theyve always...
