One of my favorite local spots, for wheelin, dirt bikes and outdoor shooting. I'm picking up my new rifle that day as that's when my 10-day wait is over and going up in my Dodge truck to shoot some targets up there and do some clean-up of the spent shells, junk and trash people shoot up and...
Re: Gorman day run
May 14 - 15 is our NAXJA Annual Lockwood / Miller run as stated in April, vol 5, issue 2 of the NAXJA newsletter. So i think it would be best to show up then.
I've just moved from SoCal up to the NorCal area couple weeks ago. We went up to Knoxville last week with my cousin and friends where i broke a few teeth off my ring gear. I want to get my XJ fixed but shops like 4 wheel drive specialties want 350 an axle for install. I simply cant afford this...
I am running with an Aussie locker for the front and i love it. It is much more durable then a lockrite due to a better design and it is quieter if you care about that. I have a Spool for the dana 44 rear end nothing to break there. Running on 35" MTR's and its my Daily Driver plus it seen alot...

You'll also need a CV type driveshaft. I recommend tom woods shafts, lifetime warranty on their gold seal u-joints and damage caused to shaft.

I can vouch for the previous comment. dont waste your money. go with the updated 3.4 out of a camaro and run your holley 390cfm and edelbrock intake on that. Maybe even some edelbrock headers like i did. You'll love the new found PP/TQ. Check out this link for helpful info on your swap...
Yep I do plan on going up there. I will bring my small 12 gal air comp and air body saw with. I dont mind carpool but i might be staying up in Woodland Hills area so we can prob do a XJ caravan up to there if anyone else wants to meet up here or around Oceanside.

I am going upto Yuma today, might be able to stop by. Sounds like what happened to me before. I would check the easy things first. When was the last time you had a tuneup? I would change out the plugs and wires. If it still does it check your ignition module then sensors/injectors. Where in...
I have a small compressor that is able to do the job. Ive done 3 XJ's using an air body saw and die grinder. I've put on TJ Flares, Bushwackers and relocated the stock ones but it can be a pain if they strip. Air Body saw makes nice cuts, you should do the TJ flares with this cause of the many...
