    The Nail Salon

Aren't you concerned about how high up your hardlines will be above your axle, or will you 90* out of the softline to bring the lines back down? I can also count on one hand how many times I've removed my leaves, but the thought of opening up brake lines to remove them doesn't appeal to me. With...

    Froehlich Suspension Tech website

I still have all my stock mounts on my axle, I will volunteer my rig for your 4 link if we can work something out. Since I am in Yakima it would be easy. I am running the 4.5" rc lift with Drop brackets now and am ready for a change.

    Project: Rusty Nail

Did your axle sleeve install just slide right in, or was there still some force involved to get them all the way in? Are they are just plug welded in a few spots as well as welded at the "C"?

Need some Advice on a New Radius Arm Kit.

It's hard to tell from an ebay pic, but those arms look well built. That being said, if you already have drop brackets why not install them? I see your sig say 5" lift, I have 4.5" coils and I installed drop brackets. I am very pleased with the ride and also the performance off road, I'll...

    how big can i go

True, travel out back isn't a whole lot, but I've got more than enough travel up front and I like how low and stable my rig is. Too each, their own. It works for me.

    how big can i go

Who said it hasn't. My rear sags like I got two fat chicks in it, I'll eventually do something with the rear. But like I posted above, I bumpstopped accordingly and I don't rub.

    how big can i go

I run 35's on 4.5" RC lift. Bumpstop it accordingly and you'll be ok. I installed the RC drop brackets which gave me some much needed down travel since my uptravel is hindered by my bumpstops. Just my .o2 cents

Looks like a good starting point. What are your plans for locating those axles? Links front and rear? what are the rest of the plans? Good luck

    RIP Big Blue

WOW, glad all is ok. You took quite a tumble. From the pic I can't tell if your front tire is just flat or if your rim is bent.. Good luck

I live 5 miles from the town of Naches. What camp site is the crapper in, I'll try to stop by in the next month or so and take care of some business.

    Locker in front or rear?

Flip a coin... Heads put it in the front. Tails in the rear, unless you have a dana 35. It's apparent by the previous posts that its a toss up either way. No matter what one you do, you'll be happy you did it.

Trouble getting flex out of RE 5.5" leafs

I have no experience with RE leaves but is there any chance you just need to put some miles on this set up to let things soften up some? That is assuming your leaves are brand new.
