All I did Saturday was ratchet strap the tire around the tread and use my OBA (old a/c compressor and no tank) and fill it up till she went pummmk. My buddy yanked on the ratchet strap and the ratchet wipped back and cut his finger open.

IROKS, Ive had MTR's and they are not impressive. I do not know what the hype is all about. Iroks are impressive.

Not bad for ghetto fab. I would definitly coat it like you said with some bedliner and turn the screw tabs where the joints are so you dont see em.Or just glue all the pieces together and dont use the metal bands.
