All I did Saturday was ratchet strap the tire around the tread and use my OBA (old a/c compressor and no tank) and fill it up till she went pummmk. My buddy yanked on the ratchet strap and the ratchet wipped back and cut his finger open.

Not bad for ghetto fab. I would definitly coat it like you said with some bedliner and turn the screw tabs where the joints are so you dont see em.Or just glue all the pieces together and dont use the metal bands.
Sorry, that came out a little harsh. Getting over or should I say under that boulder looked like bitch. I just meant where he kept stalling it out going up the hill. His clutch foot was probobly getting shakey from puckering his ass so tight. Whatever it was still funny. Just another reason...
