I just went through this on my 99. The most common result I found was to have a muffler shop fab one up. I ended up being able to source a factory down pipe from a local repair shop with dealer connections for a reasonable price.

I should be out there Sunday supporting some of my favorite vendors!

Ditch the front and rear boat anchors. By 383 you're referring to a 350 .30 over? Carbureted? 450hp you should be thinking full tube chassis...

haven't been on much...I ended up having the front 5160's I already had on the Jeep re done by Joel they were brand new and it seemed like the most reasonable thing to do. The rear still needs to be addressed.
