Debo, you are going to start running into the inner fender. Even just going straight there is going to be a lot of tire movement with drag slicks. You may need to modify that inner fender to tuck a 275
Lots of people seem to have good luck going with the new style (4 hole) injectors. I'm going to try a combo of heat extraction, insulation, and injectors.
So...if you do a search for J"eep 4.0 fuel injectors" on eBay you get a million different listing for the "upgraded 4 hole" injectors, but...
I notice a big difference when the Front is disconnected on 33s, but the rear not so much. It is hitting because there isn't much offset on the ecco wheels and the tires are wider. Try removing the rear bar.
Currently have a 4.5" lift on 31s. I'd really like to go to 33s but I'm already getting some front rubbing at full lock off-road. I've always wanted to keep my fenders intact but after walking around Topless Jeep Day in Monson (about 1,000 Jeeps and at least 200-300 XJs!) I've come to realize...
Might be going to the JY today for one. If there are two V8 ZJs I can grab another. How much are you willing to pay? I'd want actual cost plus a little for my time plus shipping.
It's a vehicle that doesn't get driven very often and it held up fine. There is a large void space un the mount where this method works perfect, but not sure I've seen a motor mount this would work for. Picture?
For a DD I'm not sure how well it would hold up but worth the effort if you can...
