I did a driving event in may out at Larry Millers new play ground and it was great. here is a picture snapped right after I passed an RX8 if anyone cares. I have some incar of that porsche in the picture spinning out in front of me, but it is not online yet.

I might be taking a job out here in Idaho for a few years till I get tired of it. Basically I wil lbe working at the same place I have been for 17 months, just with a different company. Jeep needs some work done to her, but it is hard to do since she is my only vehicle out here.

after moab, it turned to winter here in Idaho and I think the XJ spent more time between Driggs, ID and Alta, WY than anywhere else. After getting a little scared from doing a 360 on one of the passes in the snow, got my tires sniped and that is about all the I have done since October. Well...

anyone know where I can get a cold front grill cover to restrict airflow to my radiator? With temps here below 20, my jeep isn't warming up. I put a piece of cardboard in front of it for now and she gets up to 150, but I would like to see that temperature a little higher.

ok, I made a better use of my fog light switch by making it turn some rock lights on. I know that it works cause I had one side working, but now nothing works except for the relay being switched when I toggle the light switch on. Could I have fried the relay?

ok, so I have all but one of the bolts loose for the water pump pulley. what is the easiest way to get that last bolt loose? no one in town has the spanner wrench. i'd like to get this done today since I have other things on the list that need to get done.

who besides rancho and procomp make adjustable valve shocks? Anyone have any experience with the procomps? Trying to keep the price under a $100 each. TIA

Yellowstone this past weekend

Seeing as I am going to the track the weekend after Moab and I had an instructor tell me it was a good idea, my Jetta got a 6 pt cage installed about 2 weeks ago.

Decided I wanted it up a little higher ;) and reinforce the steering box mount

I know that I need to do it when I install my steering, but whose bracket to get? btw, I am going to over the knuckle on a d30 and have all the 3/4 ton steering parts, just need to know what my opinions are for a tb bracket for the axle end. TIA

just have the stock brackets to cut off

good idea for moab or not? these are in a 9" that I acquired and am not going to spend the money to buy a new 3rd member for bigger axles

I don't know if you guys know, but at the end of the month, I am going out to Idaho to work on a government contract for 8 to 10 months. So, I will be about 8 hours from Moab for the Oct fling and hope to see you guys there.
