    Check the fuel pump ballast resistor and fuel pump ground located in the rear cargo area behind the plastic panel where the spare tire mounts.

    The waggy side markers are not available aftermarket and are very hard to find. I have only ever found them at the junkyard a few times and that's going to be your best bet.

    leak checking junkyard transfer case

    Most t-cases will look like that from years of dirt and leaks all blowing back onto it from the motor and trans. I just took the t-case out of a rig I'm parting and I know it doesn't leak but its covered in oil and crap. Your best bet is to take off the upper fill home cover and pop your finger...

    Belt Chirp: Help! (Going on 2,000 mile road trip Friday!)

    Also make sure coolant isn't leaking on the belt from a leak at the thermostat or radiator. Had belt chirp once that I couldn't figure out and it ended up being a small pin hole leak on the radiator and as I revved up the motor the mechanical fan was misting it on my belt.

    If tightening up the belt doesn't work replace the belt, use some fine sand paper to clean the surfaces of the idler, water pump and fan clutch pulleys, clean all the pulleys with some break cleaner, and make sure the power steering pump is on straight and wasn't accidently tighten on crooked.

    That's just the breather got the front diff. It's just rubbing on your driveline, as long as your not going through water it's ok but it's easy to replace and just use some zip ties to hold it up and out of the way.

    If the head that cracked on you is the 0331 head off a 00-01 XJ then the Clearwater one is the way to go because they have a better head casting. But if your head is off any other year just go get one cheap from PNP and take it in a have it machined, magnafluxed and new valve seals installed if...

    Knocking coming from the bell housing is most likely a broken or loose flex plate

    Can you swap pcm's from one vehicle to another?

    Should be fine I swapped out a 96 2x4 pcm about 5 years ago with a 96 4x4 one from the junkyard and have had no issues at all and it smogs fine.
