I have one Mastercraft Rubicon seat and the bracket for an 84-96, it works on either the drivers side or the passenger side. These seats really are comfortable, even if it is your daily driver and they support 5 point harnesses. Unfortunately my plans have changed and I'm kind of parting out my...
I've got a new in box Superwinch EPi 9.0 (9000 pound winch with the integrated solenoid, I guess it'd be similar to the warn x9000i) that I never got around to installing and now my plans have changed.

The worst damage to the bumper (its really just a scrape) and then there are 4 holes...
I have family in both San Diego and Van Nuys, so I definitely could work something out to bring it down there. I'll also be in Salt Lake City a couple times so if anyone is up there we can work that out.
The 4.0 in the Grand Cherokee is the same from the XJ. The Grand Cherokee is just a bit heavier, so it will feel a bit less powerful. I find the Grand Cherokee's from that generation to be very comfortable and look pretty good. We rented one once and it wasn't underpowered.
