You guys are dicking this thread all up. Instead of trying to figure out what he's doing why don't you just help the guy out and answer his original question. I have 4.5" long arm lift from RC on my XJ. I also have a 3/16 thick steel winch bumper with winch installed. My spring measures 17"...

Got my winch wired up so it's actually functioning now and installed a new heavy duty 3 core radiator. She's running just under 210 now and loving it. Also hit 168000 on the odometer today!
