UPS guy is gonna love me. Ordered just about the last of my brackets and all the link and steering stuff, almost 100lbs worth of stuff. Really hope to get cranking on this thing to have it ready for summer again.

Gutted all the carpet , tossed out the junk beat up stock seats , cut a few holes in the floor pan and ran some kicker tubes from the Clayton subframe into the cab it will tie into the cage and boat sides ... I don't have 100% faith in the welds that hold that rear cross member on after the welds on the link bridge failed and redoing them is too much work to grind out and fix , so connecting it through the floor and into the jeeps tube work was the easiest route for piece of mind and only takes about 3 ft of tube total to tie it in . I just couldn't let that go since if the rear cross member comes out ... it'll be expensive and hard to get off trail , so an extra weekend of work seems better than the possible alternative.

UPS and FedEx hate me ... they got all 200lbs of Claytons stuff in 2011 , my 110 lb atlas , artec towers , trusses , and tabs 100lbs of stuff and just getting up the back roads is a fun drive . One day o expect my tires be slit and either purple or brown spray paint on the Jeep.

Little girl landed last night at 11:51pm. Kid is doing great and mom is a rockstar.

We'll be spending New Years Eve here, looking to go home tomorrow morning-ish.

Waiting for our "complimentary" Surf and Turf meals to arrive here in about 20 minutes.

No alcohol allow in the hospital...could really go for a beer right about now :laugh:
