Got damn near 16 mpg this week on my 87 wagon!!!!!:clap:

MPGs are up, oil pressure a little higher, running smoother, feels like a little more power!!

Amazing what 4 valve seals can do!!!! 279,000 miles and counting.

Got the front end sleeves welded in, gussets welded in, ox locker installed and warn hub conversion installed. Finished wiring in trans temp and water temp gauge along with an in cab winch control. It was another busy weekend but making slow progress on the xj.

Armoralled the plastics and tires on the mj last night

I put 45 bucks worth of $2.88 gss in my jeep. Also got a gerrycan, and drove around with a lawnmower trailer on my roof

Radiator has slow leaks from both tanks and I have a great sounding chain slap.

Cut out the other rear fender and started preping for larger inner fender.

Put my new projector headlights with LED halos in today, wired the outer halves to blink with my signals

I hate not having a garage

trying to press the metal sleeves out of my JK shocks... not having much luck with my tiny little unmounted vice. argh.

no go on the shocks today. Might buy a sawhorse to mount my vice to.

Things I did get done:

Front seatbelts, untangled!
Adjusted front axle and trimmed my flares a bit, now no more rubbing tires
Made a spacer for the rear exhaust mount, no more annoying exhaust rattle!

Now to figure out the shocks... and search for some tires for my rubi wheels.

i had that same issue, i ended up using a big socket and a hammer and just beating them out on the concrete.
