TICKETS FOR GIVEAWAY

I received some tickets in the mail yesterday for the 2008 giveaway.
They came with no instruction or explanation?Are these for me ?Am I suppose to sell them?What do I do with money if so?I am new to this forum and to just asume what to do with the tickets is not my style.Sorry if my post seems dumb!
