You know what, I have to agree with him, there are more important things to do anyway. Cutting off the head will not kill the snake.
 
shoot, we even employ new types of ordinance in different methods designed specifically to kill the unsavory individuals hiding in caves.

Yeah, the one that says we've got OBL tracked down...but if we take him out it'll look like our intel is too good? ;) I'd put money on us just observing him and picking up hefty intelligence that helps track the other bigshots down. :farmer:
