TCU

I read through some of your past posts and assume it is a 91.

The TCU is behind the pannel under the glove box. Remove the lower pannel all the way across and the tcu is attached to the back of that pannel.
 
just went into mine a month ago. there are a number of screws in the seam between the upper and lower panels, as well as one inside the flip out ashtray, and a vertical one on each end. a standard phillips bit will take em all out. then you will need a deep socket (i believe an 8mm) too pull the TCU from the studs it is on.
