Non H.O. to H.O

I have a complete wiring harness, intake, fuel rail, injectiors.... from a 93 AUTO xj. I would like to put all of that into my 88 MANUAL XJ in order to clean up the wiring from the renix.
First is this fairly simple/posible.
Second, if I were to swap all of that and a 93 head, would that make it a H.O. also?

I know from going the other way around that you will have to change the distributor and coil as well. If your changing the head you should be o.k. with other sensor's (mainly water temp) Also the exhaust manifolds are different length and shape so either have to plug the egr tube on renix (easier) or replace exhaust at least back to cat. I believe the head is what makes a H.O. with the H.O. fuel injection. Why are you doing the conversion?
