Can anybody tell me if a pair of front stock springs from a 1995 Grand Cherokee will fit an 89 Limited XJ?

Yes They will wit and give you about 1in lift in the front.

Actually you want to get ZJ V8 coils. Regular inline 6 ones won't net you jack for lift.
