how do i pull my injectors?

swapping out my header- cant figure out how to remove them and i dont want to break any thing-
sorry for the stupid question-
p.s. Fuel rail is off

Pull hard. Simple o ring seal fit. No ridges, just smooth bore. Depending on the milage, if over 120K, replace them. Go to fivemotorsport.com.

get plenty of o-rings!! you should change all of em, and they dont go in easy so get spares

a little lube on them also helps them go back easier too

Lubricate the o rings when installing. Makes it a lot easier and less likely to damage them.

The manual sez to soak them in clean gasoline, and so do I. It's always worked for me - just get a cupful, drop the o-rings in, and go to work. By the time you're going to put everything back together, they're nice and pliant, and will go in easily.
