Leaf Pack Write Up?

I am going to change out the entire pack on my leaf springs on my 89 4.0 AW4 4WD. I was wondering about two things. First, does anyone know of a link to a writeup at any other site? I use to have this master list of writeups but lost it when I had to re-format my computer. I searched the board here and found them for modifications to the leaf pack. Second, any suggestions about buying htem on-line? A prefered company you have had good results with? I am just going to get the basic no lift.

Another source is quadratec.com ... they have lift kits and stock springs.

Search this forum for Dakota springs swap, we kept the main leaf of the xj and added dakota leaves to that and got 4.5" lift. Bought pair of Dakota springs for $85 at the junk yard.
