01 fuel problem

i've been having what i thought was a fuel problem for a few months now. it seemed to be down on some power and when i would start from a stop sometimes it would take a sec or two to get moving, a lot of lag.

i checked the fuel pressure on my 01 today and it seemed a bit low. with just the key on it was either 20 or 40psi. i'll check with the jeep running in a bit. but now it runs like crap and the check engine light is on. the jeep barely runs now, i heard valve chatter(i think), and if i'm not on the gas it wants to stall out. anyone have any advice?

i just checked it again, the fuel pump is gone. i just hope i can make it home.
